Quick & Healthy Crispy Potatoes with Olive Oil!
4 medium-sized potatoes, 1 tbsp olive oil, Salt (to taste) and Black pepper (optional). Toppings: Sour cream, shredded cheese, cilantro, butter
Wash and dry the potatoes thoroughly. Use a fork to poke 4-5 holes (to release steam).
Rub olive oil evenly over the potatoes. Sprinkle salt and black pepper.
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
Place potatoes in the air fryer basket. Cook at 400°F for 30–40 minutes.
Gently press the potatoes: They should feel soft inside. If firm, cook for 5 more minutes.
Top with sour cream, melted cheese, or butter. Add crispy bacon bits or fresh cilantro!
Use similarly sized potatoes for even cooking. Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket. Try fun flavors: Honey glaze, smoked paprika, or garlic powder!
