CBS’ hit drama “Tracker” sees major cast changes as Eric Graise and Abby McEnany exit ahead of Season 3, leaving Justin Hartley to lead a leaner team.

CBS’ missing‑persons drama Tracker is entering its third season with a leaner principal cast, as two of its series regulars have exited the show.
Eric Graise, who portrayed computer expert Bobby Exley, and Abby McEnany, who played Velma Bruin, will not return for Season 3, Deadline’s TVLine reported. Their departures leave Justin Hartley’s lone‑wolf tracker Colter Shaw and Fiona Rene’s lawyer Reenie Green as the only original stars still on board.
Graise and McEnany joined the series in its inaugural season as part of Shaw’s support network—Exley as the tech‑savvy mind behind communications and reams of data, and Bruin as the efficient business handler managing his high‑stakes reward hunts.
Their characters helped round out the procedural’s blend of fieldwork and investigative analysis, but neither will appear alongside Hartley when Tracker resumes production this fall.
Tracker, adapted from Jeffery Deaver’s bestselling novel The Never Game, follows Shaw as he traverses the United States offering his expert tracking skills to private clients and law enforcement agencies in search of missing persons.
The series has consistently been one of CBS’s top performers: in May, it ranked among Nielsen’s Top 5 most‑watched programs across streaming and linear platforms over a 35‑day period and currently holds the network’s #1 broadcast slot.
The show was renewed in February alongside fellow CBS dramas Elsbeth, Fire Country and all three entries in the NCIS franchise.
Season 2 culminated in a tense showdown where Shaw finally uncovered the man responsible for his father’s murder—only to unearth fresh questions regarding his mother’s potential involvement. That cliffhanger left fans eagerly anticipating how Colter’s personal journey will intersect with new cases in the upcoming run.
Production on Season 3 is handled by 20th Television, with Jeffery Deaver, Hartley, Ken Olin, Elwood Reid, Connie Dolphin, Sharon Lee Watson and Alex Katsnelson serving as executive producers.
While the departures of Graise and McEnany narrow the series’ ensemble, the renewed focus on Shaw and Green promises to heighten the stakes as Tracker continues to navigate moral gray areas in its high‑stakes searches.
