Selena Gomez recently posted a loving tribute to her 11-year-old sister, Gracie Teefey, on Instagram. On July 30, the singer and actress, 32, shared throwback photos of the two of them, showcasing their close bond.
“There’s nothing like a little sister and the bond you have,” Gomez wrote in the caption. “I will forever protect you, help guide you and love you through every single moment in life baby girl.”
The photos show a blonde-haired Gomez embracing Gracie as a young child in what appears to be a dressing room. Another photo captures Gracie adorably hugging Gomez’s leg while they both smile. In another sweet moment, Gracie is lying on Gomez’s lap.
Gomez also reposted the photo on her Instagram Stories, writing, “Forever and ever, my little angel.” Gracie is the daughter of Gomez’s mom Mandy Teefey and stepfather Brian Teefey. Despite their 20-year age gap, the sisters share a close relationship, with Gomez often posting loving messages about Gracie on social media.
In March, Gomez shared photos of a fun night out with Gracie, where they made silly poses with chopsticks and shared a kiss at a restaurant. Gomez captioned the post, “Sissy date night.”
