To celebrate the 30th anniversary of Pulp Fiction, Samuel L. Jackson showed fans that he can still deliver one of his most famous lines from the movie. In a video on Instagram, the 75-year-old actor recited the iconic Bible passage from Ezekiel 25:17, which he made famous in the 1994 movie.

Sitting on a couch, Jackson repeated the line from memory, adding dramatic pauses and changing his tone, just like he did in the film.

He began the speech with, “The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the iniquities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men,” and finished it with the same intensity fans remember from the original.

After reciting the entire verse, Jackson proudly said, “YOU KNOW I STILL GOT IT!!!” and added in the caption, “HAPPY 30TH ANNIVERSARY OF PULP FICTION.”

Pulp Fiction is a popular movie directed by Quentin Tarantino. It tells the story of two hitmen, played by Jackson and John Travolta, and how their lives intersect with others in the Los Angeles crime world.

The movie won an Oscar for Best Original Screenplay and was nominated for seven awards in total. It remains one of the most famous films of the 1990s.

One of the most memorable scenes is when Jackson’s character, Jules Winnfield, recites the Ezekiel 25:17 passage just before he confronts a group of men who betrayed his boss. The intense moment, combined with Jackson’s performance, made the line unforgettable.

Jackson’s tribute on social media brought back memories for fans and showed that even after 30 years, some performances stay just as powerful. His video was a reminder of why Pulp Fiction continues to be such an important and influential film.
