Kate Middleton, the Princess of Wales, attended the annual Remembrance Sunday event in London with the Royal Family.
The ceremony honors soldiers who lost their lives in wars, especially in World War I and World War II.
Kate had taken a break from public events earlier this year for chemotherapy. Now, she is slowly returning to her duties.
On Saturday night, she also went to a music service at the Royal Albert Hall as part of the Remembrance weekend.
During the ceremony, Kate stood next to Sophie, the Duchess of Edinburgh. They watched as Prince William and King Charles laid wreaths at the Cenotaph, a war memorial in central London.
Queen Camilla could not attend because she is recovering from a chest infection.
Instead, her equerry, Major Ollie Plunket, laid a wreath on her behalf. The UK’s Prime Minister, Sir Keir Starmer, and other leaders also placed wreaths to pay their respects.
The ceremony included a two-minute silence to remember all those who died in wars. It was a moment for people across the country to pause and reflect.
This annual event is a time when the Royal Family, political leaders, and the public come together. It is an important tradition in the UK to honor the sacrifices made by soldiers and to show gratitude for their service.
