Kanye West’s ex-assistant Lauren Pisciotta accuses him of sexual assault, trafficking, and more in a disturbing new lawsuit detailing multiple incidents.

Kanye West’s former personal assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, has dramatically expanded her lawsuit against the rapper with a slew of new and serious allegations.
According to TMZ, In a second amended complaint filed this week, Pisciotta claims that West—legally known as Ye—engaged in a pattern of sexual assault, battery, stalking, false imprisonment, sex trafficking, and other misconduct during the time she worked for him.
According to Pisciotta’s account, the abuse began during a business trip to San Francisco in 2023, when West was in town to break ground on his Donda Academy.
While staying at the hotel where West had booked multiple rooms for staff and collaborators, Pisciotta says the rapper made “unwanted sexual advances” almost immediately.
She alleges he kissed her on the mouth without consent and subjected her to invasive questioning about her genitalia. Despite her protests, West continued to push physical contact.
The situation reportedly escalated several days later during a late-night songwriting session in West’s suite.
Pisciotta states that West began masturbating in her presence, then digitally penetrated her vagina before abruptly falling asleep.
Traumatized, she retreated back to her own room to process what had happened.
But the most egregious incident, Pisciotta alleges, occurred when West showed up unannounced at her hotel door late that same night.
She says he demanded use of her shower, then forced his way inside when she hesitated.
Pisciotta recounts being shoved onto her bed, pinned down against her will, and coerced into performing oral sex.
She describes pleading with West to stop and feeling completely paralyzed by shock and fear.
After a few moments, she says he halted, apologized, and exited the room.
Beyond these assaults, Pisciotta’s filing includes shocking claims that West “notoriously offered women as sexual gifts” to other men, even suggesting he tried to trade her for access to another man’s partner.
These new allegations build on an earlier amended complaint from May, in which Pisciotta accused West of drugging her at a studio session co-hosted by Sean “Diddy” Combs, among other abuses.
West’s legal team has not publicly responded to the second amended complaint.
If Pisciotta’s claims are proven true, they would mark some of the most severe sexual misconduct allegations against the artist to date—and could significantly impact both his public image and ongoing legal battles.
