Influencer and former OnlyFans star Lauren Pisciotta has filed a new lawsuit against rapper Kanye West, accusing him of a pattern of sexual harassment and assault, including an attempted rape.

Pisciotta claims the incidents occurred during her time working for West, escalating over time, and reaching a breaking point in 2022.

In the lawsuit, Pisciotta alleges that West sexually assaulted her twice—once by drugging her at a party in Santa Monica hosted with Sean “Diddy” Combs, and then attempting to rape her again years later in a San Francisco hotel while working on his Donda album in July 2021.

Pisciotta recalls the first alleged assault took place at the party, where she claims West handed her a drink that made her feel disoriented. The following morning, she had no memory of the night. For years, she believed she was drugged but had escaped further harm.

However, in 2022, West allegedly confessed to Pisciotta that they had “hooked up” that night while she was under the influence, a revelation she says left her shocked and disturbed. She claims West laughed when she expressed disbelief, dismissing her reaction as something “women love to say.”

The second alleged assault occurred during a work trip in San Francisco. Pisciotta, staying at the St. Regis Hotel, was woken up at 6 a.m. by West banging on her door. He claimed his shower wasn’t working and asked to use hers.

Once inside, he undressed and entered the bedroom wearing only a towel. Pisciotta told Daily Mail that West then dropped the towel, pushed her onto the bed, and tried to force himself on her. Despite her pleas for him to stop, West continued his advances before eventually giving up, apologizing, and leaving the room.

Pisciotta says these were just two incidents in a broader pattern of sexual harassment and inappropriate behavior during her time as West’s assistant and later as his chief of staff.

The lawsuit outlines numerous instances where West allegedly made sexual comments, sent inappropriate texts, and even suggested sexual exchanges involving her.

Pisciotta claims that West frequently asked her about her sex life and falsely bragged to others that they had been intimate.

Another alarming incident described in the lawsuit occurred on a private jet in September 2022, during a flight from Los Angeles to Paris for a fashion show. West allegedly asked Pisciotta to come to his room for a “hug.”

After she refused, he convinced her to open the door, which couldn’t be locked from the inside. West allegedly masturbated under the covers while Pisciotta sat trapped in the room, texting colleagues to help her leave.

Pisciotta also recounts being fired by West in October 2022, just weeks after being promoted to chief of staff, a role that came with a promised $4 million annual salary, which she claims was never paid.

After her termination, she alleges West continued to harass her, choking her at a Post Malone concert in Inglewood, California, in November 2022.

Pisciotta claims that West approached her, grabbed her by the throat, pulled her into his chest, and whispered into her ear that he “always knew what [he] would do to [her] if [he] ever saw [her] again.” His wife, Bianca Censori, was reportedly present but did nothing to intervene.

The lawsuit further details how Pisciotta faced continued harassment after West moved into an apartment just four doors down from her in West Hollywood. She claims she was repeatedly “swatted,” a dangerous form of harassment where false emergency calls are made to provoke a police or SWAT response.

Pisciotta says she was subjected to over 30 false food deliveries and service orders, including locksmiths and pest control services, all under the name “Eric West.”

The lawsuit paints a picture of relentless harassment, both in person and via text, where West allegedly sent Pisciotta vile messages, including one that read, “Ye arrested for f**king the s**t out of his assistant on the bowling alley floor.”

Pisciotta also claims that West often masturbated while on the phone with her, asking if she could “guess what he was doing.”

Pisciotta’s lawsuit outlines a pattern of extreme sexual harassment, unwanted advances, and assault by West, accusing him of leveraging his power to exploit and intimidate her over several years. She is seeking damages for the alleged assaults, harassment, and unpaid wages.

Neither West nor his representatives have publicly responded to these latest allegations. Pisciotta’s lawsuit marks yet another troubling chapter in the growing list of legal challenges facing the rapper, who has seen his career and reputation plummet in recent years.
