On Sunday, July 14, the 54-year-old singer and actress was seen beaming as she went for a bike ride with friends and her stepdaughter, Violet Affleck.
Lopez, known for her chic fashion sense, kept it casual yet stylish for the outing. She wore a pink and white striped T-shirt paired with tight white shorts, flip flops, and pink-tinted sunglasses.
Her hair flowed in loose waves, and she accessorized with large hoop earrings, completing her relaxed summer look.
This outing is just one of the many activities Lopez and Violet, 18, have enjoyed together recently. The same day, they were also spotted walking arm-in-arm in Southampton, displaying a close bond despite ongoing rumors about tension in Lopez’s marriage to Ben Affleck.
An insider told PEOPLE, “They both seem so happy to be spending this time together, and are just enjoying the moment.”
Lopez and Affleck married in 2022 but have spent some time apart recently. They were notably separate on the Fourth of July, with Lopez staying on the East Coast while Affleck was seen in Los Angeles.
Despite the physical distance and rumors, sources report that Lopez appears to be handling the situation well and remains in good spirits.

Violet, along with her best friend Cassidey Fralin, was seen peering out of the window from the back seat, while Lopez smiled brightly in the front seat with the sunroof open.

Earlier on Saturday, Lopez and Violet were spotted shopping at Roller Rabbit in East Hampton. According to a source from PEOPLE, they were surrounded by people but remained unfazed, enjoying their shopping trip.
Another source added, “[Lopez] seemed to be very happy shopping with Ben’s daughter. She had a big smile on her face.”
Lopez’s time in the Hamptons appears to be filled with joy and connection, particularly with Violet.
