Jennifer Lopez recently shared a touching moment with a fan during her appearance on The Graham Norton Show on November 8.

The 55-year-old singer and actress was in the U.K. promoting her new movie, Unstoppable, when she had this emotional reunion.

Lopez talked about her hard choice to cancel her This Is Me… Live tour earlier this year. She apologized to her fans for the cancellation and said she knew many were excited to see her perform. “I would like to apologize to the fans because I know a lot of them were coming out,” she said on the show.

Lopez shared a story about a fan she met outside her hotel the day before. The fan told her he had tickets to her show but said, “Don’t say sorry. We love you.” This kind message made Lopez cry right away.

To her surprise, the fan she spoke to was in the audience during her interview. When the man called out to her, Lopez was shocked. She asked, “Was that you?! Oh my god.” She then got up from her seat, walked over to him, and gave him a big hug.

They both seemed emotional as they embraced, and the fan comforted her again, saying, “I understand, JLo, we understand.” Lopez thanked him and hugged him one more time before returning to her seat.

After the hug, she told the audience, “I love my fans, oh my god.” This sweet moment showed how much she cares about her supporters.

Earlier in the show, Lopez talked about why she canceled her tour. She explained that she wanted to spend more time with her family, especially her 16-year-old twins, Max and Emme.

She said, “I decided to take this summer off and be home with the kids, and it was the best thing I think I’ve ever done.” Lopez admitted that it was not like her to take a break from work, but she felt it was important.

The tour cancellation was announced in May, around the time she and her ex-husband Ben Affleck decided to separate. They were married for two years before Lopez officially filed for divorce in August.

Despite this tough time in her life, the emotional moment on The Graham Norton Show showed how much her fans mean to her.
