Where will the shooting take place?

According to EXCLUSIVE Variety, a large part of the film will be shot on Sicily’s Favignana Island, also known as “Goat Island”. This island is part of the Egadi Islands located northwest of Sicily. Many big Hollywood stars will be seen in ‘The Odyssey’. These include names like Matt Damon, Tom Holland, Anne Hathaway, Zendaya, Lupita Nyong’o, Robert Pattinson and Charlize Theron. However, it is not yet decided who will appear in which character.

Why is this story special?

‘The Odyssey’ is considered one of the greatest stories in Western literature. It depicts the 10-year journey of Ulysses, in which he faces sea dangers, gods and magical creatures.

Use of new technology
