The 21-year-old “Stranger Things” star and her husband, Jake Bongiovi, shared that they quietly welcomed a baby girl through adoption this summer.

Millie Bobby Brown is officially a mom!
The Stranger Things star, 21, and her husband Jake Bongiovi, 23, revealed on Thursday that they’ve adopted a baby girl, sharing the sweet news with fans on Instagram.
“This summer we welcomed our sweet baby girl through adoption,” the couple’s joint post read. “We are beyond excited to embark on this beautiful next chapter of parenthood in both peace and privacy. And then there were 3.”
The big announcement comes just a year after the pair tied the knot in a private ceremony. Jake is the son of legendary rocker Jon Bon Jovi, while Brown skyrocketed to fame as Eleven on Netflix’s hit series Stranger Things.
Brown has been open about her dream of becoming a young mother. Back in March, during an appearance on the Smartless podcast, she explained how family played a huge role in her vision for the future.
“My mom actually had her first child at 21, and my dad was 19,” she shared. “It’s been my thing since before I met Jake. Since I was a baby, I told my mom, like, baby dolls. I wanted to be a mom just like the way my mom was to me.”
For now, the young parents say they’re focused on enjoying this new chapter privately. While Brown continues her busy career — including the highly anticipated final season of #Stranger Things# and her growing beauty brand Florence by Mills — she and Bongiovi are prioritizing family life first.
With their adoption news, Brown and Bongiovi have made it clear they’re ready to take on parenthood together.
