In this show, Joshua Jackson plays the main character Max, who is a new doctor on a luxury cruise ship. On this cruise ship, Dr. Max and his medical team face many difficult and strange medical problems. This team also has to coordinate with each other, because they are in the middle of the ocean, where there is no hospital nearby.
