British actress Keeley Hawes, known for her roles in Bodyguard and Line of Duty, is taking on an exciting new role as the narrator of Airborne, a stunning four-part nature series. Produced by UK-based Humble Bee Films, the series will air on Sky Nature in the UK, Ireland, and Italy starting December 22, with a global release on Love Nature soon after.
Airborne promises to take viewers on an amazing journey into the world of animals that fly, glide, and leap. The hour-long episodes feature an incredible range of creatures, from soaring condors and gliding squirrels to leaping lemurs and buzzing orchid bees. The show highlights the challenges and triumphs these animals face as they navigate the skies and explore their unique abilities to master the air.

The show is executive produced by Charlotte Crosse and Stephen Dunleavy from Humble Bee Films, along with Kathryn Taylor and Gilberte Phanor for Sky Nature, and James Manfull for Love Nature. Blue Ant Studios is handling international pre-sales and licensing. Stephen Dunleavy expressed his enthusiasm for Hawes’ involvement, stating, “Her voice brings a sense of wonder to these extraordinary animal stories, making this series truly uplifting.”
