Jasmine reveals her shocking plans for extreme cosmetic surgery on 90 Day Fiancé Tell-All.
Jasmine Pineda, known for her appearances on 90 Day Fiancé, is no stranger to cosmetic procedures.
The Panamanian reality star has already undergone a boob job and a Brazilian butt lift, the latter of which she admitted during a recent episode that she didn’t inform her husband, Gino Palazzolo, about—allowing her ex to cover the costs instead. However, Jasmine isn’t done with her transformations just yet.
During the fourth part of the Happily Ever After? season 8 Tell-All, which aired on August 18, Jasmine shocked both the cast and the audience by revealing her desire to undergo an extreme and invasive procedure to further alter her appearance.
The 37-year-old confessed that she’s not satisfied with her current waist size and has set her sights on a surgery that would involve breaking her ribs to achieve a smaller waist.
“I’m not happy with my waist. I want to make it tinier,” Jasmine stated candidly. “And then I discovered that there is a surgery in which they can break your ribs, and you are going to have like a cast for three months, and it’s going to make [your waist] like super, super tiny. I would like to do that.”
The announcement was met with immediate concern from her fellow cast members and even her usually supportive husband, Gino.
While Gino initially stated that he would support Jasmine if she truly wanted more surgery, he was visibly taken aback by the extremity of her latest idea. “If there’s a lot of risk, it would worry me,” he admitted.
Other cast members didn’t hold back in expressing their disbelief. Loren Brovarnik, who had just opened up about her own “mommy makeover” surgery during the same Tell-All episode, tried to dissuade Jasmine from pursuing such a drastic operation.
“You are beautiful. Breaking your ribs—that’s a lot,” Loren said, clearly concerned. Patrick Mendes chimed in with a more blunt response, calling the idea “too far.” Even Gino seemed to reconsider his stance, agreeing with Patrick and saying, “Yeah, too far, right?”
Despite the concerns raised by the group, Jasmine seemed resolute in her desire to go under the knife again. She explained that watching Loren’s segment about her postpartum insecurities had stirred up her own feelings of dissatisfaction with her body.
“When I was looking at your segment, I felt so identified because the moment I look at myself in the mirror, I immediately start looking for like, okay, these are the things that I have to fix, I hate this,” Jasmine explained.
In addition to the rib-breaking surgery, Jasmine also revealed that she’s considering getting larger butt implants and possibly increasing her breast size even further.
“Since I’m going to be under anesthesia, I would like to maybe get a little bit bigger on my breasts,” she said.
Despite Jasmine’s enthusiasm, her castmates, including Emily Bierberly and Thaís Ramone, tried to convince her that she doesn’t need these surgeries to feel beautiful.
“You look like a princess,” Thaís assured her, while Emily added, “You’re beautiful. You do not need to break your ribs.”
The Tell-All concluded with a mix of shock and concern, leaving viewers to wonder if Jasmine will go through with these extreme procedures.
Her willingness to take such drastic measures highlights the growing pressures of body image and the lengths some are willing to go to achieve their ideal appearance.
